As a potential customer of one of our members, you agree to accept and embrace the good intention of our members in adhering to this ‘Charter‘ and will assist them in their commitment to the audit processes. Should a dispute arise, you will work with them toward a fair resolution. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved between the buyer and supplier, both parties agree to abide by the decision of a Fair Contract Associates mediator.
